You and your peoples HAVE to watch this clip from TV. Momma first saw it as the 'Clip of the Week' on The Soup and could not stop laughing. Her insane cackling woke me up and I had to come investigate (I hate being left out of a joke!) and this is what she was watching. She says there is not one part of this clip that is not hilarious. I don't really get it... looks like a couple of pups and some dumb humans standing around in a park blah blah blah which is pretty much every day around here! What's the big deal?
Momma offered to provide color commentary but then I saw she did not have a lot of nice things to say so I deleted it all. The one thing I will agree with her on is that little Bianca IS indeed looking for a new home and watch out for those fleas and ticks when you are in the Hamptons. Sorry for you folks with slower connections... it is kinda long I am afraid!
Good grief! Our own human has had dogs all her life but now has no idea how she managed! She is rushing out to get us life preservers, sun screen, shoes etc(not!) Personally we think the lab expressed our views! love Martha and Bailey xxx
Hysterical. Three humans without a clue (despite a book) pretending to tell dog owners what to do. "Life jackets -- especially when on a boat." That was one of my favorites.
What the heck is that crazy blond talkin' about - never let a dog off a leash? What does she mean never let your dog run, ever? Hello??? I guess you would get that from someone wearing stillettos!
Oh God, I'm trying to see the funny side of this otherwise I'll probably write something I'll regret!
For God's sake!!! I'm sorry but I just have a hard time respecting any dog advice coming out of the mouth of women dressed like that (THOSE SHOES!!!) and sadly fitting so much to the nauseating blonde bimbo stereotype...?!?! Oh God, if it wasn't for the gorgeous bulldog, I would have switched off in the first 10s! And she's got a book published? Who on earth is she?? (Maybe coz I'm not American and I don't know her? Is she someone famous?)
Anyway, I suppose good on her for getting some important messages like protecting your dog from the heat & sun - although some of it is just plain STUPID.
OK, I'll shut up now before I really get going!! :-)
Maybe not the most informative, but thanks to the dogs it was at least entertaining! I do have a nice lice vest myself (as well as my weight in cooling supplies). Bianca was kinda cute, I have to say!
Hey Moose - you follow Dennis the Viszla's blog, right? Head on over there - he's posted something today about the rabies vaccine - the 3yrly version and annual - and the problems they are having with the law (terrible!) - I know you're not in California but I thought you'd be interested, given your recent questions to my human...
Mom and I sufFURed through it yesterday -

I saw that clip. Poor guy. I think he was the most interesting thing on the show. Too bad he couldn't get a little privacy.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,

And here I was thinking about slurpable soups...
ReplyDeleteWe were watching it last night and almost turned it off - until Scooter started the real entertainment. We agreed with Scooter's editorial comments.
ReplyDeleteI am sure that he was Totally RELIEVED when the whole thingy was over. I'm just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteI saw this too. I'll bet Scooter found a home fast!
