Yardwork!

The pool is almost full and my landlord painted the privacy wall and it is looking pretty good! Moose and I can not wait to get our paws wet! Still I have to get the chemicals in and balanced before we can go in, otherwise I would end up with a bleached white lab! In the mean time we (mostly me, Moose's role is largely supervisory) are working on getting the lawn in shape so it looks less like a vacant lot! I have pulled so many weeds that the compost bin is full and there is a ton more that would not fit! The fun part was getting to use my new lawn mower to mow my little yard! I got a push reel mower which is a lot better than the one we had when I was little! My neighbor Corky has been mowing my lawn for me since I moved in but I did not want to take advantage of his generosity! He has been gone for a few weeks too and the man across the street (aka 'comcast guy') came over and mowed both of our lawns last weekend without even being asked!
