Home Again Home Again AND an Award!

Well Moose and I are back home at the Moose lodge now that the Termite circus has moved on. I would not think he would especially care where he is as long as His food, toys and I (in that order) are there but he was so excited when we got home. He trotted through the house and snatched an empty beer box and went nuts which is the kind of thing he only does when he gets all excited about something! I think he was so traumatized by our move in January that he was just so relieved that things were back to normal and it was not another move. Crazy beast!

Moose Blog Wins Shoe Award!!!

Another piece of excitement is that Moose's blog has been honored with the shoe award by Blue (aka Poopsie)! Moose was thrilled because he loves shoes as you can see! Apparently it is an award bestowed on those, who bring a little 'magic' to their readers via their blogs creativity! Blue has deemed us deserving of this honor because of our True Colors Thursday posts which feature underwater scenes from my work out on the reef. I am glad that she and at least a few others have enjoyed them and if you are more of a Moose fan I will still include some Moose stuff in the True Colors posts (it is his blog after all) and every other day will be dedicated to his antics!

If you are unfamiliar True Colors Thursday is a meme started by Blue that invites people to blog about a certain color each week. I first saw this in action on Tibby's blog and admit to finding it a little unusual at first but found I really looked forward to her pics every week then started visiting others and I like looking at them because everyone has a different take on the colors and there are some awesome pics. Tibby's take on it generally includes fairly ordinary things yet I find her skillfully taken photographs mesmerizing! I thought I would give it a try a few weeks ago and since my photography skills are entirely ordinary at best I decided to focus (pun intended) on some more unusual subjects. It has been a lot of fun and a surprisingly relaxing distraction when you need one! So, thanks Blue for this thought provoking and enchanting meme!
