True Colors Thursday...Catch-up Colourful Cerise Edition!

True Colors Thursday is a meme hosted by Blue and this post will make up for the TWO posts I missed while I was away! I missed the Colourful post (ironically this was my suggestion!) and the Cerise post so here they are together!

This colorful image was shot on the underside of the branches of my beloved elkhorn coral. There is a very colorful animal in this picture... do you see it? Bigify to have a closer look. Pretty amazing camouflage no? If you are not sure what it is leave a comment and I will post the answer later ;-)

This glasseye snapper will pass for cerise plus he is hanging out around some 'pink cement algae' (aka crustose coralline algae).










This is a stoplight Parrotfish. I posted a different picture of this kind of fish back in the lime post but this seems appropriate for a colourful post! There is lots of cerise in here also from the 'pink cement' in the back ground. It could also work for Turquoise but that is tomorrow....







This is a pair of flipflops that I absolutely had to buy awhile ago... I think you can see why... pink, lab, french, and flip flops are some of my favorite things!

Here is Moose engaged in one of his favorite activities... emptying the most colourful kibble bag! This bag had all these metallic irridescent sparkles (bigify to see them) on it that don't exactly come across in all of their colourful-ness but it was quite something! This would also work for turquoise, but again, that is tomorrow!

This is not Moose, Moose would never be caught in such an undignified pose (ha ha)! It is our friend Darwin rolling around on my very colourful striped duvet! Before I found my Moose I used to borrow him for a lab fix. He is an awesome guy!
