So we went to the pantry and look what we found! Or rather what we did not find! So I told her she best drop what she was doing and get to the kibble shop already. Then she explained the horrible fact that we live in the boonies and there are no kibble shops open on Sundays for at least 30 miles!
Then just when I was panicked, she said she would cook me something. I have seen her cook once or twice but decided I'd better keep a close eye on her so she did not mess up my order.
The sunday menu included, hamburger, wild rice, carrots and green beans.
As you can see I was pretty excited (when dinner time came that night and I knew what I was getting so I just about blew a gasket I was so excited!)
Nom Nom Nom! Momma interrupted me half way through to make me 'come up for air'. It was delicious, I hope we run out of kibble more often!

You'd better be careful - Mom might make you eat cat food if you run out of kibble!
ReplyDeleteMoose, you scared me there. I was getting ready to send some emergency kibble your way. I'm glad you survived the experience! Sounds like what you ate was ever so much better than kibble. DO you think your Mom will keep cooking for you?

what a lucky puppy you are moose - you should see if you can find ways to distract mommy more often so the kibbles dont get purchased

Woooos! That meal your mom made for you is one of my favorites, I do not like to come up for air either...I hope you get more of that and less kibble, me too!

Yum, that looks sooo good - not bad for not having any kibble, so you see it pays to live out in the boonies.
ReplyDeleteMoose, mom told me to tell you we saw the a report on cnn yesterday AGAIN about pythons in your area...you beware!
Yummy! It so nice to get special treats.
ReplyDeleteAh Moose, you silly, what was with the bag? I know all about monsters and stuff, being a sheltie. I believed you that it be gonna gets you.
