Lookit what I got! Some of you may have seen my post about drinking
Recycle Bin Juice last week and how I refuse to drink out of my metal bowl. Of course I am willing to eat out of the metal bowl but drink? No thanks!
So momma noticed the other thing I like to drink out of is a little bin that is up at my lady friends house in Miami so Momma asked their momma where she got the bin and it turned out they had two of them so we are borrowing it to try out here at the Moose lodge to see if the water still tastes good out of it and if so Momma said she will
get me one!
Phoebe has been complaining that she has not gotten much blog time at all compared to my other foster pals. She is so quiet that mostly I forget she is here though! Do you see that leaf in her mouth? I sometimes get
leaves stuck in my drools but this is different!
She carries leaves around like they are some kinda big prize! Every time momma opens the door she leans waaayyyy out to get a leaf (without stepping a paw outside if she can help it!) and brings it in. Total labraDORK!
Momma says that might have been all she had to play with where she used to live and that I am not to laugh at her... but OMD it is hard to resist! Have any of you pups ever seen of such nonsense? About the time she gets a good collection going momma vacuums them up! Heh heh heh!
She SOOOOO does the pitiful look furry furry well!

Well, that is just very very sad that she might have only had leaves to play with. I think she has earned the right to do whatever she darn well pleases!

Well, we will NOT laugh at Phoebe.. she has had a difficult and deprived life, after all. So we will just leaf her alone on this one.
ReplyDeleteButt I want to know if YOU... MOOSE are giving up on the recycle bin juiced??? I was getting a real hankering fur some of it.. beclaws you raved over the flavor and all.. so now I am all confused and stuffs. Is bin juice as good or better than the stuffs in your borrowed bowl?
Now thats a bowl. Bet no buddy has one like tht..

Mama was just reading to us about an abused elephant that finally made it to the Elephant Sanctuary in TN. During her years of solitude and severe abuse, her only friend was a tire. She used to carry it with her everywhere, like a security blanket, when she first came to the Sanctuary. Now she doesn't need it any more and she's let it go. Maybe Phoebe will find her forever home and feel safe enough and loved enough to let go of her leaves. Until then, dude who drinks out of a recycling bin, cut her some slack with her little compulsion.
